Returns & Policies
1. What is your return policy for parts?
Unused parts in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping). A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us first for an RMA number.
2. Can I return a gaming machine or game board?
Gaming machines and game boards are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or non-functional. Please inspect items on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
3. What if something I ordered is defective?
We’ll replace or refund defective items reported within the warranty period. Please provide photos or video of the issue for fast processing.
4. Who covers the return shipping?
If there was a mistake on our end or the item is defective, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs.
